Zucchini Soup

Ingredients (for 6 persons):

6 Zucchini
1 liter and half of stock
4 cubes of cream cheese

Preparation:

Wash the zucchini.

Cut the zucchini in pieces and put them in a cooking pot with the stock.

When the zucchini are cooked, puree them with the cheese in food processor or blender in batches.
