Verrines Avocado, crab and grapefruit

Ingredients (4 servings):

2 avocados
1 can of crab
1 grapefruit
2 tsp mayonnaise
1 tsp lemon juice

Preparation:

Cut the avocados in half, remove the core and cut the flesh into small cubes.

Cut the grapefruit into segments and then into small cubes.

Crumble the crabmeat and mix it with the mayonnaise and the lemon juice.

In each glass, put a layer of avocado, a layer of crab and finish with the diced grapefruit.
