Turkey cutlets indian syle

Ingredients (3 servings):

200 g turkey cutlets
100g plain yoghurt
1/2 tsp grounded ginger
2 tsp curry
1 garlic clove
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp turmeric
200 g rice


Preparation:

Cut the cutlets into small pieces and place in an ovenproof dish.

Mix the yoghurt and spices and then add this mixture to the meat. Mix well.

Marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Put the meat in the oven for 30 minutes.

At the end switch the oven on the grill function and bake for about 2 minutes.

Serve with white rice.
