Turkey breast

Ingredients:

1 precooked turkey breast (Costco)
1 carrot
1 leek
Gravy mix

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180 C.

Put the turkey breast in an oven dish.

Cut the carrot and the leek in slices and add them to the turkey.

Add some water.

Cover with foil and put into the oven.

After 45 minutes, take away the foil and bake for further15 minutes.

Take the turkey out of the baking dish and pour the water, carrot and leek into a cooking pan. Blend with a bar mixer. Add the gravy mix and ass cornstarch if necessary.
