Tuna quiche

 

Ingredients :

1 pastry
2 cans of tuna
2 eggs
10 cl cream
2 big spoons of Dijon mustard
3 tomatoes
Salt, pepper

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 200 ° C.

Beat the eggs, add the cream and the mustard, and mix well.

Mash the tuna with a fork and add it to the mixture.

Add salt and pepper and taste.

Roll out the pastry and put it in a tart pan.

Add the mixture to the pan and bake for 25 to 30 min on the lower level of the oven.
