Tuna and peas gratin

 

Ingredients (4 servings):

For the béchamel:
3 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. salted butter
280 ml milk
125 ml vegetable broth
salt and pepper

For the rest :
1 chopped onion
1 small can of peas
1 large can of tuna in water
200 g of raw pasta
40 g grated cheese + more to sprinkle on the gratin
salt and pepper

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Prepare the béchamel sauce: In a saucepan, melt the butter and add the flour. While whisking pour the milk and then the vegetable broth slowly. Allow to thicken, stirring constantly. Salt and pepper.

In a skillet, fry the chopped onion in a little bit of oil.

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water (according to package instructions). At the end of cooking, drain.

Pour the cooked pasta into a bowl. Add the peas and the drained tuna, cheese and béchamel sauce. Mix well. Salt and pepper.

Pour into a buttered gratin dish. Sprinkle grated cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
