Thai Beef Salad

 

Ingredients (for 2):

100 to 200g roast beef or sealed beef fillet.
6 cherry tomatoes, cut in quarter
1/2 cucumber, sliced
1/2 red onion (or 2 to 3 Shallot)
1/2 cup celery Leaves
mint leaves

Dressing ingredients
3 tablespoons fish sauce
3 tablespoons lime (or lemon) Juice
1 tablespoon sugar
Depending on your taste 1 to 3 small chili

Instructions:

Season the beef with salt and pepper. Leave for 10 min.

Grill the beef at the high heat for medium rare. Rest the meat before slicing.

Prepare all vegetables and place in a large bowl.

Mix all the dressing ingredients well and set aside till just before serving.

Cut out the meat from the beef and slice.

Mix the sliced meat and all the vegetables with the dressing and serve on a plate.
