Tenderloin steaks on Rösti (hash browns)

Ingredients (6 servings)

Röstis (hash browns)
700 g tomatoes
6 tenderloin steaks
300 g herb cream cheese
2 tablespoons cream
1 or 2 onions
Parsley

Preparation

Heat up the oven to 250 Grad.
Wash the tomatoes and cut them in slices.
Put the hash browns on the baking sheet.
Salt and pepper the tenderloin steaks on both side and fry them on high heat for 2 minutes on each side.
Cover the hash browns with 3 tomato slices. Put the steaks on top of that.
Mix the herb cream cheese with the cream. Cover the steaks with the cheese.
Bake for 6 minutes.
Meanwhile cut the remaining tomatoes and chop the onions. Chop the parsley.
Mix the onions, tomatoes and half of the parsley. Add salt and pepper and serve aside to the steaks.
Sprinkle parsley on the steaks before serving.
