Small surimi flans

 

Ingredients for 4 servings:

3 eggs
8 sticks of surimi
400 ml of cream
4 cherry tomatoes
50g grated cheese
a few sprigs of chives
Salt and pepper

 

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 180 ° C

Beat the eggs with the cream and add the grated cheese. Add the surimi sticks cut into small pieces and the chopped chives.

Season with salt and pepper.

Butter 4 ramekins dishes and fill each with the preparation. Cut the tomatoes into two and put them on the top of the batter.

Bake for 25 minutes.

Let cool down a bit before enjoying.
