Ingredients (for 4 persons):
4 salmon steaks 160 g
1 green cabbage
4 spring roll sheets
10 cl of olive oil
1 lemon
balsamic vinegar
Preparation:
Put a pot of salted water to boil.
Take 4 large green cabbage leaves and soak 2-3 minutes in boiling water, then refresh in iced water.
Drain the cabbage leaves on a cloth.
Season the salmon steaks with salt and pepper. Wrap each with a cabbage leaf and then the pastry sheet.
In a pan pour olive oil. Heat and place the salmon with the folded side down so that the pastry seals. Cook 3 minutes on each side to get a nice golden color and crisp, serve immediately.
Prepare a dressing with balsamic vinegar, lemon and olive oil.
