Röstis (hash browns)

 

Ingredients (6 servings):

1 kg potatoes
2 eggs
2 tablespoons flour
Salt, pepper

Preparation:

For the hash browns, peel the potatoes grate them either with a food processor or a grater.

Mix the eggs and the flour, salt and pepper. Add to the potatoes and mix well.

Heat some butter in a pan, add 2-3 spoons potato mixture into the pan.

Slightly press and bake until golden brown.

Turn carefully with a spatula and bake the second side is also golden brown.
