Prunes and bacon rolls

Ingredients (for 4 servings):

12 prunes
6 slices of bacon

 

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Fry the bacon in an ungreased non-stick pan for about 3 minutes on each side.

Drain it on paper towels.

Cut each slice of bacon in half.

Wrap a plum (pitted) in each half-strip of bacon and hold with a pick.

Bake for 10 minutes and serve hot.
