Prune apple pie

Ingredients (6 persons):

1 puff pastry
3 apples
300 g of applesauce
almond powder
15 pitted prunes
cinnamon
20g butter

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the dough in a pie dish. Pick the dough with a fork. Cover with the applesauce.

Sprinkle with the almonds. Add half of the prunes cut in half.

Add your peeled and sliced apples.

Add the rest of the prunes halved. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cut the butter into small pieces and place it on top of your pie.

Bake twenty minutes.
