Ingredients (4 servings)
1 onion
500 g potatoes
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 tsp of vegetable oil
400 g pork (4 slices à 100 g)
100 ml dry white wine
1/2 tsp vegetable soup (instant powder), (dissolved in 100 ml water)
16 cherry tomatoes
8 sprigs of thyme
40 g feta cheese
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 220 ° C top and bottom heat.
Dice the onions finely and cut the potatoes into very thin slices.
Place in a baking dish and mix with the olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 15 minutes in the oven.
In the meantime, heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan. Sauté pork over medium heat about 2 minutes on each side and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Put the fried pork in the baking dish on top of the potatoes.
Pour the white wine and vegetable broth over it.
Add the tomatoes and the thyme sprigs and cook for another 10-15 minutes in the oven until meat and vegetables are cooked.
Serve with feta cheese crumbles.
