Onion Soup

Ingredients for 4 persons:

5 large onions, chopped
30 g butter
1.5 l of beef broth
Salt and pepper
50 g grated cheese
Baguette

Preparation:

In a pressure cooker, melt the butter and add the onions. Cook on medium heat until the onions get slightly brown.

Gradually add 1.5 liters of broth. Add salt and pepper.

Close, raise the pressure cooker over high heat. Once the valve whispers, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes under pressure.

Serve the soup in oven resistant soup bowls. Toast the bread slices and place them on the top of the soup. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Put the bowls into the oven to melt the cheese.
