Ingredients (6 persons):
500g noodles
250 g tomatoes
200 g cucumber
1 pepper
some spring onions
125 g feta cheese
Olive oil
Basil
Garlic
Salt
Pepper
Preparation:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and run under cold water to stop cooking.
Cut all vegetables into dices.
Cut the cheese in dices.
In a food processor puree basil, garlic, salt, pepper and some olive oil until smooth.
In a large bowl, combine noodles, vegetables, cheese and pesto and stir until well blended. Add salt and pepper if necessary.
