Ingredients (4 servings):
120 g chocolate
2 tbsp. strong coffee
8 tsp cream
4 egg whites
2 tbsp. icing sugar
Preparation:
Place the chocolate together with the coffee in a heatproof bowl over a pan of gently simmering water (don’t let the bowl touch the water). Stir until melted. Remove bowl from heat, add the cream, mix well and set aside to cool slightly.
Beat the egg with the icing sugar until stiff.
Fold the egg whites into the chocolate, trying to keep it as light as possible.
Divide into 4 bowls and refrigerate until ready to serve (around 2 hours.
