Ingredients:
250 g butter
250 g sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 pinch of Salt
3 eggs
1 packet of baking powder
400 g flour
1/8 liters of milk (125 ml)
2 tablespoons of cocoa
2 tablespoons sugar
Preparation:
Beat the butter and the sugar until fluffy, stir in the eggs, the salt, the vanilla, the milk, the flour and the baking powder.
Give 2/3 of the dough in a greased Gugelhupf mold.
Mix the remaining dough with cocoa and add to the bright dough into the mold.
Use a fork to mix the dough just a bit.
Bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
