Lemon squares

 

Ingredients:

Pastry:
125 g butter softened
40g icing sugar
150 g flour

Lemon Cream :
3 eggs
150 g brown sugar
40 g of flour
125 ml lemon juice

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 180 ° C.

Using a mixer, beat butter with sugar to obtain a homogeneous cream.

Add the flour and mix again.

Spread the pastry in the pan and bake for about 15min.

In a bowl, mix eggs, sugar, and flour and lemon juice. Pour this mixture over the baked pastry and bake for around 20 minutes.

At the exit of the oven, let cool then cut squares and sprinkle with icing sugar.
