Ingredients (6 servings):
3-5 tablespoons lemon juice
Salt
Pepper
Sugar
8-10 tbsp olive oil
Green salad leaves
1 cucumber
6-8 tomatoes
1 bunch of parsley
150g black olives
6 mild peppers (glass)
300 g feta cheese
2 eggs
4-5 tablespoons flour
8-10 tablespoons breadcrumbs
Preparation:
For the dressing, mix the lemon juice with salt, pepper and 1 teaspoon sugar. Add 4 tablespoons olive oil.
Wash and dry the salad leaves.
Wash and cut the Vegetables in cubes.
Wash the parsley, dry and chop it.
Mix lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, parsley, olives and peppers with the dressing in a large bowl.
Cut the feta into 1.5-2 cm thick sticks.
Whisk the eggs in a deep plate. Coat the feta sticks with flour, eggs and breadcrumbs.
Heat 4 4-6 tbsp oil in a large skillet. Fry the feta sticks until golden brown about 5 minutes.
Let them drain on paper towels, then place them on the farmer’s salad.
