Choux buns

 

Ingredients:

125 ml milk
125 ml water
75 g butter
1 pinch of salt if you are using unsalted butter
200 g plain flour
3 eggs
1 tsp baking powder

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 200 ° C.

Put the water, milk, butter and salt in a saucepan and bring to boil.

Mix flour with baking powder and add to the saucepan, stirring well.

Allow to cool and stir in eggs one by one.

Spoon the mixture into a piping bag fitted with a large, plain nozzle. Pipe balls on a tray covered with a paper sheet.

Place in the oven on the middle rack for about 20 minutes.

Remove and immediately cut horizontally.

Allow to cool.
