Chocolate profiteroles

Ingredients (8 servings):

150g of flour
4 eggs
250 ml of water
75 g butter cut into pieces
200
g dessert chocolate chopped
1 tbsp. sugar
Vanilla ice cream
Salt

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 210 ° C.

Put the water, the sugar, the butter and a pinch of salt into a saucepan and bring to a boil.

As soon as it starts boiling take the pan off the stove and add the flour.

Add the eggs one by one while mixing so that the dough is well blended. It must remain sticky.

Grease a baking tray and place 1 tsp dough every 3 cm.

Bake for 20 minutes, then let cool down on a rack.

Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a double boiler.

Once the choux have cooled down, cut them in half and place a small ball of ice cream on the bottom half. Close with the upper half.

Pour chocolate over the profiteroles and serve immediately!
