Banana mug cake

Ingredients (1 serving):
1 small ripe banana
30 g milk
30 g flour
20 g melted salted butter
15 g brown sugar
½ tsp baking powder

Preparation:

Cut the butter into pieces and place it in a mug. Put the mug for a few seconds in the microwave until the butter is molten.

Add the sugar and mix with a fork.

Peel the banana and mash it and add to the mixture with the milk, flour and the baking powder.

Mix well with a fork, put for 1,5 minutes to 2 minutes in the microwave.

Let cool a few minutes before serving.
