Ingredients for 6 servings:
250 g flour
60 g sugar
1 sachet baking powder
2 eggs
200 ml of milk
4 apples
salt
oil for frying
Preparation:
In a bowl, pour the flour, the sugar and the yeast and dig a well. Put the two egg yolks and a pinch of salt. Mix.
Add the milk gradually. When dough is smooth, add two egg whites beaten stiff.
Peel the apples and core them. Then cut into regular slices.
Dip the slices in the batter and fry them in hot oil.
Serve the apple fritters with icing sugar.
