Apple crumble

Ingredients (for 6 persons):

5 apples
300g flour
150g sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
150-200g butter or margarine
cinnamon

 

Preparation:

Heat oven to 180 degrees.

Peal and cut the apples into slices.

Put the apple slices into a baking dish (buttered if necessary), sprinkle some cinnamon on them and put into the oven for around 15 minutes.

Meanwhile mix the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar and the butter cut into small pieces (Thermomix: 10sec/speed6).

After around 15 minutes take the apples out of the oven and sprinkle the dough on the top of them.

Put in the oven for 20-25 minutes (until the crumble has a nice brown color).
