Anchoïade

Ingredients:

100 g anchovy
1/2 tablespoon capers
2 cloves garlic
Olive oil
1 teaspoon wine vinegar
Pepper

 

Preparation:

Put all ingredients in a mixer and grind until obtaining a soft paste. Add as much olive oil as you like.

Serve with vegetables cut into sticks such as: cucumber, celery, carrots, cauliflower, endive leaves, zucchini …
