Ingredients for 4 servings
Pak choi
2 tablespoons oil
2 garlic cloves chopped
2 teaspoons chopped ginger
3 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Preparation
Clean and cut the pak choi.
Heat up the oil
in a frying pan. Add the garlic and the ginger and fry for 30 seconds.
Add the pak choi
into the pan and fry until cooked.
Add the water,
the sugar and the soy sauce.
Cook covered for
2 minutes until the stem is soft.
Drizzle with
sesame oil before serving.
