Ingredients (for 4 servings):
600 g beef
2 onions
125 ml stock
1 can mushrooms (230 g)
150 g gherkin
150 g beetroot
200 g cream
Oil
Cornstarch
Salt, pepper
Preparation:
Cut the beef in small strips and stir-fry it until brown. Put aside and add salt and pepper.
Cut the gherkin and the beetroot in slices.
Cut the onions in half rings and sauté them. Add the stock.
Add the mushrooms.
Add the cream.
Bring to boil, add the cornstarch and bring to boil again. Season.
Add the meat, beetroot and gherkin.
Warm up and serve with rice or noodles.
