Toasts with salmon and cream cheese

Ingredients (for 6 servings):

For the cookies:
150 g flour
125 g salted butter
1 egg
Salt

For the filling:
4 slices of smoked salmon
½ jar of cream cheese
1/4 lemon zest

 

Preparation

Prepare the cookies:

Let the butter at room temperature 1 hour before.

Preheat oven at 210 ° C.

In a bowl mix the flour, the diced butter, the egg and salt.

On an oven sheet covered with parchment paper, place small heaps of dough with some space between them.

Bake for 10 min.

Prepare the filling:

Wash the lemon and grate it to get the zest.

Ground 2 slices of smoked salmon.

In a bowl mix the zest, the grounded salmon and the cream cheese.

Season the mixture.

Place the mixture over the cookies with a pastry bag.

Decorate with pieces of salmon on top.
