Ingredients:
150 g cream cheese
2 cans of crabmeat
Salt
Pepper
Round crackers
Black olives, sliced
1 small carrot, cut into triangles (for the beak)
Some gherkins cut into triangles (for the ears)
Preparation:
In a bowl, mix the cheese and the crabmeat. Add salt and pepper.
Fill the mix in a freezer bag and cut one corner. Use as a piping bag and spread on the crackers.
Use the olive slices for eyes and the carrots and gherkins for the beak and the ears.
