Ham and Olives bread

 

Ingredients:

150 g flour
200 g ham
150 g olives
75 g grated cheese
4 eggs
100 ml milk
10 g of baking powder
1 tbsp oil

 

Preparation:

Cut the olives into slices. Cut the ham into pieces.

Put the flour, the eggs, the milk, the baking powder and the oil in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer.

Add the ham, the olives and the grated cheese and mix.

Pour the mix in a buttered cake dish and place in the oven preheated to 180 ° C for 45 min.
