Rillettes de thon

Ingredients (4 servings):

1 can of tuna in water (140 g drained)
1 tbsp. chives
1 small shallot, finely chopped
1/2 tsp mustard
2-3 tbsp. cream (depending on desired texture) or 10 cl of liquid cream
Salt and pepper

 

Preparation:

Crumble the tuna with a fork and add the remaining ingredients.

Add salt and pepper.

Serve with toasted bread slices.
