Ingredients (4 servings) :
500 g potatoes
1 onion
ΒΌ Liter beef stock
3 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. oil
Salt
Pepper
Sugar
Parsley
Preparation:
Clean the potatoes and place them in a cooking pan with cold water (with their skin). Let them cook.
When cooked and still hot, peel the potatoes, cut them into slices and put them in a salad bowl. Add the warm beef stock and mix gently. Add the finely chopped onion.
Season with vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and finely chopped parsley. Then add the oil over it.
Put the bowl in the fridge to cool.
