Ingredients:
350 g pastry
100 g bacon
80 g grated cheese
100 ml milk
300 ml cream
4 eggs
Oil, salt, pepper, grated nutmeg
Preparation:
Roll out the pastry.
Cut the bacon into small pieces.
Mix the cream, milk and eggs, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Garnish the bottom of the pie with bacon and half of the grated cheese.
Add the mixture and sprinkle the remaining grated cheese on the top.
Bake 15-20 minutes at 210 degrees.
