Ingredients (4 pers):
200 g pasta (penne or macaroni)
200 g diced ham
500 g broccoli
60 g grated cheese
Salt, pepper
For the light white sauce:
200 ml skimmed milk
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
1 pinch nutmeg
Salt, pepper
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 210 ° C.
Clean the broccoli, cut it and cut the stalks into 1 cm thick pieces.
Cook the broccoli in a pot filled with boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Remove them with a skimmer and drain them.
Always on the fire and in the same saucepan, cook the pasta according to package directions and drain.
Prepare the white sauce: Mix the cornstarch with the cold skimmed milk in a saucepan. Heat up over low heat until the sauce thickens, stirring constantly. Add nutmeg, salt and pepper.
In a gratin dish, place pasta, broccoli and ham. Mix with the white sauce. Sprinkle the top with grated Gruyere cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Serve with a green salad.
