Ingredients:
500g chicken breast cut in cubes
150 ml white wine
150 ml water
1 tbsp. chopped tarragon
1 tbsp. Thyme
2 tbsp. French mustard
4 tbsp. cream
20 g butter
Preparation:
Heat the butter and stir in the chicken for 5 minutes.
Add the wine, tarragon, thyme, cream and water, cover and cook for 30 min.
Add the mustard and stir.
You may have to thicken the sauce with corn starch.
