Ingredients:
800 g potato gnocchi
1 can of crushed, peeled tomatoes
150g grated cheese
2 tbsp. chopped basil
Butter
Salt, pepper
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
Cook the gnocchi in salty boiling water according to the instruction on the packaging.
Drain them.
Butter a baking dish and pour the gnocchi.
Cover with thinly sliced peeled tomatoes, grated cheese and chopped basil.
Add salt and pepper to your liking.
Bake for 15 minutes until the gratin is lightly browned.
