Ingredients:
1 puff pastry
500g rest of homemade ratatouille
200 ml cream
200 ml of milk
3 eggs
100g grated cheese
Salt, pepper
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
Roll out the puff pastry in a pie dish. Prick the pie and bake the dough while mixing the other ingredients.
Beat the eggs, cream, grated cheese, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Add the ratatouille and mix well.
Spread this mixture over the prebaked dough.
Bake for 35 min.
