Ingredients (4 servings):
250 g flour
50 ml oil
2 big onions
120 g bacon
20 g butter
100 g sour cream + 100 ml de cream (or 250g fromage blanc + 2 tbsp. crème fraiche)
Nutmeg
1 tbsp. canola oil
Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Prepare the dough using a food processor or by hand.
Mix the flour, ½ tsp. teaspoon salt, the oil and gradually 150 ml of warm water.
Knead for a few minutes to obtain a very elastic dough, then let rest 1 hour, covered.
Preheat oven to 250 ° C.
Slice the onions very thin and sauté them over low heat for 5 minutes in a little butter, don’t let them get brown.
Quickly fry the bacon.
Mix the sour cream and the cream, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
On floured surface, roll out the dough into a circle about one millimeter thick. Place it on a baking sheet.
Spread the cream mixture over the dough, and arrange the onions, the bacon and spread a tablespoon of oil.
Bake in the oven for about 15 min.
