Preparation:
Preheat your oven to 210 ° C.
Roll out the puff pastry and place it in a pie mold, prick it with a fork.
Put apple sauce on the dough and spread it.
Wash, peel, core and cut the apples in half.
On a cutting board, put your apples cut in half and cut it into thin strips. Then put them on top of the sauce.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
