Yogurt cake

 

Ingredients:

1 plain yoghurt (125g)
2 sugar pots
3 flour pots
1 pot of oil
1 packet of baking powder
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
3 eggs

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Put the yoghurt into the bowl. Add sugar and mix.

Add flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar.

Add the eggs, oil. Mix well to make a smooth paste without lumps.

Pour into a buttered and floured pan.

Then bake it in the oven for 30 minutes.
