Ingredients (6 servings):
3 bananas
200 ml cream
3 egg whites
2 tablespoons icing sugar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation:
Peel the bananas and place them together with the cinnamon and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar in a blender. Process until they are smooth.
Beat the cream to make whipped cream. Add 1 tablespoon of icing sugar and continue beating.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the mashed bananas, and then beat the egg whites.
When they are ready, sprinkle the remaining icing sugar, continuing to whisk. Then add them to the bananas, lifting well and without breaking the white.
Divide the mousse into cups and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Just before serving, sprinkle the remaining brown sugar.
