Banana Muffins

 

Ingredients:

3 Bananas
1 Egg
100 g Butter (melted)
250 g flour
180 g sugar
1 sachet Baking powder

Preparation:

Mash the bananas.

Mix all the ingredients together using a food processor until obtaining a homogeneous dough.

Coat muffin pans with non-stick spray, or use paper liners. Scoop the dough into the muffin pans (about one tablespoon per cell).

Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
