Spinach and Feta Pie

 

Ingredients (4 servings):

200g Feta cheese
600g frozen spinach
500g puff pastry
20g sesame seeds
2 tbsp. milk
Salt, pepper

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 220°C.

Defrost the spinach in the microwave and squeeze it to get the water out.

Roll out the dough and cut it into 4 rectangles of identical size.

Cut the feta into small cubes. Mix the spinach and feta. Season with salt and pepper.

Place the spinach/feta mixture on one side of the dough rectangles. Moisten the edges of the dough with water and close it on the spinach.

Brush some milk on the pies and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake for 15-20. Serve hot.
