Ingredients (for 4 persons):
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
200 ml cream
2 tablespoons wholegrain mustard
Preparation:
Cut the chicken breast in small pieces.
Add olive oil to a large skillet and preheat over medium-high heat.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Add chicken to skillet and sauté until cooked through. Transfer to a plate and keep warm.
Put the mustard in the skillet and fry for some seconds, pour the cream, add salt and pepper. Cook and stir for about 2 minutes. Pour sauce over chicken and serve.
