Oat Crusted Chicken Nuggets

Ingredients (4 servings):

450 g boneless, skinless chicken breast
3 tbsp. flour
1 egg
1 cup oatmeal
salt
pepper

 

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Line a baking sheet with foil.

Cut the chicken breasts into nugget size pieces.

In a bowl, whisk the egg, add salt and pepper.

In another bowl, put the flour.

In a third bowl, put the oatmeal.

Coat the chicken pieces first with flour, then with egg and then with oatmeal.

Lay the nuggets on the baking sheet.

Bake for 15 minutes.
