Pie with green asparagus and raw ham

 

Ingredients (6-8 servings):

15 asparagus
2 eggs
200 ml milk
40 g raw ham
salt
pepper
250 g flour
100 ml oil
100 ml water
1 pinch of salt

Preparation:

In a bowl, pour the flour, oil, water and a pinch of salt.

Mix until you get a ball of dough.

Peel the asparagus if necessary. Boil a large volume of salt water and dip the asparagus for 1 minute.

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the milk, salt and pepper.

Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Roll out your dough and place in a buttered pie plate.

Arrange the raw ham slices cut into small pieces. Pour the quiche batter. Arrange the asparagus on the quiche.

Bake for about 35 minutes.
