Ingredients (6 servings):
500 g beef or chicken
1 ½ tsp Mexican seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
½ onion sliced
½ green bell pepper
½ red bell pepper
½ yellow bell pepper
Preparation:
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook meat, stirring frequently.
Add seasoning, garlic powder, onion and all bell peppers, heat through; remove from heat.
Prepare the Fajitas with the Tortillas garnish with lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, cheese and salsa.
