Ingredients (4 servings):
200g salmon
8 green asparagus
1 large onion
2 eggs
100 ml cream
100 ml milk
salt and pepper
Preparation:
Wash and steam the asparagus for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, peel the onion and chop it. Fry the onion in a pan and add the salmon.
Add salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes over low heat with a little bit of water.
Once the salmon is cooked, cut it into small pieces.
Whisk the eggs and add the cream and the milk. Add salt and pepper.
Place the salmon/onion preparation and 2 asparagus in the bottom of four ramekins.
Pour the batter over it.
Place the ramekins in the oven and bake for 25 minutes at 200 ° C.
