Tagliatelle with salmon and spinach

Ingredients (for 4 persons):

500 g Tagliatelle
650 g salmon
700 g fresh spinach
250 ml cream
garlic
salt and pepper
Parmesan cheese

Preparation:

Cook the noodles according to the instructions.

Fry the salmon in a pan.

Add the cream and then the spinach cut in pieces.

Add garlic. Add salt and pepper.

When the spinach is cooked, taste the sauce and add some salt or pepper if necessary.

Serve the sauce on top of the tagliatelle.

You may add some cherry tomatoes to add a little bit of color to the dish.
